I get asked a lot about the artist supplies I love to use most often in my work.
So, I thought it might be an idea to showcase them below...
I love the way Liquitex ink flows and the vividness of their colours. Great product.
Golden's paint is smooth, creamy and has a buttery consistency. My all round favourite paint to use!
As well as using Golden's heavy body acrylic, I also use the fluid version as well. I love the versatility of this paint and the quality is amazing.
Posca's acrylic paint pens are wonderful! Opaque colour with such vibrancy and so easy to use.
Quality A4 NOT 140lb watercolour paper from Daler-Rowney along with the convenience of a glued pad means that I don't have to stretch the paper first. Enjoy the bright white colour of the Langton too.
Golden's fluid matt medium is such a useful product and essentially is like non-coloured acrylic paint. I often use it to adhere collage pieces onto my paintings.
I use Golden white gesso whenever I need to prepare a canvas or other substrate. I also use it in my art journal to add 'tooth' to the paper before adding acrylic paint and other media.
The Aquabord is a fantastic surface to work upon - makes colour flow in a magical way; there's nothing like it.
Gerstaecker Studio XL Canvas - really good quality canvas with the added benefit of the deep profile. My favourite canvas make to use.
